Go take a look around here if you need information on the setting, and when in doubt, ask us!
I'd certainly say not. The dragons have been surprisingly friendly--not that you'll hear me complaining about that.
[She thinks for a moment, naming off some of the prices for the homes for sale.] Minato and I split the cost for one between the two of us... There's enough room for more people if you'd like to stay there. I'm sure Minato won't mind. He did mention being used to living in a dorm and all.
[She nods.] Minato did mention he was used to having more people around since he lived in a co-ed dorm at his school before he was brought here, and he doesn't really get worked up about things, so I think it'll be all right.
Nobody's really figured that out. We can't stop something if we don't know the cause, right?
It's been pretty peaceful otherwise, but... I have a feeling it won't be that way for long. [Either someone somewhere is gonna screw something up or they're going to stumble on the source of the problem eventually...]
They mostly seem to take care of themselves... I don't think I've ever actually seen mine eat... [Then again, Marie's never actually been hurt enough that her dragonfly would need to eat the butterflies from the fodder...
Speaking of Marie's dragonfly, she soon zips over to greet Chou's.]
[Chou doesn't seem to mind, just sort of watching his little guide. The dragonfly "sings" again to Marie, confirming that this is how it communicates.]
She was like that when she first helped me out of the water. it sounds... weirdly familiar, but I can't place it.
[The dragonfly makes a questioning noise, now curious to hear Marie play. She flies back over to rest on Chou's clip again, watching almost expectantly.
Chou, meanwhile, just rubs his neck a bit with a smile, apparently interested as well.]
[Chou listens silently, his dragonfly flitting up to begin to "sing" along with her, trying to match the silly, random words to the tempo that Marie is playing. It works quite well, in fact... as if Chou's guide is all too used to singing with musical accompaniment.
Chou finds himself a bit drawn away at it, staring into space a little.]
Beautiful...
[He isn't sure why the classical sound touches him so, yet it certainly does...]

[That's a new one, definitely. Chou blinks a little, rubbing his neck and clearly not sure what to think of that.]
At... least they're friendly? I doubt getting on the bad side of a dragon is a good idea.
[Still...]
How do they charge for it?

[He blinks a little.]
...Honestly, I'm used to staying with a few other people too, so that'd be really nice if it was okay.

[He shifts on his feet a bit, apparently debating about saying something.]
...Oh! Uh... what exactly do we do here, then? I mean, if we're supposed to stop something...

[Peaceful on the surface, with something dangerous and nasty hiding underneath... this sure feels like Inaba, at least.
The dragonfly suddenly regains Chou's attention by flying around him, making him chuckle a little.]
Ah, right... so how do I take care of this little one here?

[Chou's dragonfly returns the greeting, but rather than the usual harsh buzz of her new friend, her noises are melodic, almost as if she's singing.]
no subject
She'll be addressing the dragonfly for now, sorry, Chou.] Ah, are you singing?
